Meet community partner Patrice Duckett

Meet Patrice Duckett, Community Organizer for Neighbors Helping Neighbors and one of the community partners that FSPH and Eli Lilly have teamed up with for the Diabetes Impact Project. Their goal is to improve the opportunities for health in this key Indianapolis community by addressing its high incidence of diabetes.
